1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or subscribing to the services offered by Xtream View (www.xtreamview.online), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a subscription.

2. Description of Service & Connection Rules

Xtream View provides digital IPTV subscription access for 1 Device based on the duration (3, 6, 12, or 24 months) selected at purchase:

You may install your credentials on multiple devices, using 1 active stream at a time.
Subscriptions are strictly for personal, non-commercial household use. Re-streaming, broadcasting publicly, or sharing credentials externally will result in account suspension.
A minimum stable internet speed of 10–25 Mbps is recommended for HD/4K playback.

3. User Responsibility & Player Applications

Users must provide their own compatible media player applications (such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, IBO Player, etc.) and compatible hardware devices. Channel lineups and Video-on-Demand (VOD) titles are dynamically updated and may change over time without prior notice.

4. Pricing, Billing & No Auto-Renewal

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £) as one-time prepaid payments. We do not use automatic recurring billing or lock you into a contract. Your subscription simply ends at the conclusion of your prepaid term unless you choose to renew.

5. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refunds

6. Limitation of Liability

Xtream View strives to maintain 99.9% server uptime; however, temporary maintenance windows or third-party ISP disruptions may occasionally occur. In no event shall Xtream View’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the current active subscription period.
