From your Fire TV home screen, go to Settings ⚙️ → My Fire TV → Developer Options. Turn ON "Apps from Unknown Sources" (or "Install Unknown Apps" on newer Fire OS versions and enable it for Downloader).
Note: If you don't see Developer Options, go to Settings → My Fire TV → About, then click on your Fire TV Stick name 7 times rapidly until it says "You are now a developer."
Return to the Fire TV home screen, click the Search 🔍 icon, type "Downloader", and install the official orange Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore (it's free).
Open the Downloader app. In the URL bar, enter the official shortcode or download URL provided in your Xtream View welcome message, and click Go. Once downloaded, click Install and then Open.
Open IPTV Smarters Pro, select "Login with Xtream Codes API", and enter the 4 details we sent you via WhatsApp or Email:
• Any Name: XtreamView
• Username: (Your Username)
• Password: (Your Password)
• Server URL: (http://... provided in your welcome message)
